Job Description
- Lead the BD Team, recruit new members, develop staff in b2b selling techniques.

- Conduct quarterly performance reviews of team members and bonus suggestions.

- Co-ordinate with the Marketing Team to ensure consistent messaging across all sales and marketing materials, HR2B.com, print advertising. digital media advertising, third party and partner messaging.

- Input market information to the annual sales plan and generate team quarterly sales plans that meet or exceed the final agreed targets.

- Organise market research around HR2B ‘ideal customer’ profiles for each service and up to date market maps for each service / industry group.

- Agree best approach to market with Director for large/key potential customers and arrange push them to get meetings.

- Ensure the team consistently and completely implements all steps of the HR2B sales process and suggest improvements.

- Create and monitor the creation of service quotations that follow HR2B standards in terms of response time to the client, operational team involvement, and gross margin estimates.

- Co-ordinate with operating teams keep costing models up to date so there is a clear view of the expected margin for each quotation.

- Drive the team to close deals and keep potential customer relationships until a signed contract, then handover new clients to operations department following HR2B process.

- Ensure the SugarCRM database "sales" area is accurate so their is a clear picture of the Sales Pipeline for each service line.

- Be the ‘Business Development’ expert solving problems and provide advice across the organisation.

- Contribute to HR2B strategy by providing up to date market information including competitor information.

Requirement

- At least 5 years Experience of selling professional services in Viet Nam, and prefer at least 3 years in a foreign company / international working environment;

- Demonstrated sales track record with a proven ability to create win/win deals and handle complex pricing / service scope negotiations;

- University degree (prefer in a business related area);

- Excellent English communication skills (IELTS 5) or proven ability to close international deals;

- Strong computer / IT systems awareness especially CRM applications;

- Show an interest in business and in forming long lasting relationships with people in the Human Resources profession of Viet Nam.

- Suit a results driven mature professional with a calm, friendly and outgoing personality.
