●Report to Japanese Admin manager - Investment license application - Purchasing office supplies, airline ticket reservations, purchasing business - Equipment purchase and management, dealer selection, price negotiation, invoice processing - Procedures for Japanese people (contracts, application for work permit, visa application / extension, creation of resident card - Various contracts · Create and manage application sheets - Time check, salary and personal income tax calculation - Observe and implement employee social insurance, medical insurance, and unemployment insurance system procedures - Employee's paid vacation clearance and management - Labor contract and trial period Create contract - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues - Manage the recruitment and selection process - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization - Nurture a positive working environment - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance - Maintain pay plan and benefits program - Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management ●Language - N2 level of Japanese: Supporting communications between 2 Japanese managers - Conversational English: Reading and writing documents ●Experience - At least 5 year-working experience as GA/HR ●Other - Can work overtime at 20:00(About 3 times a week) ●Experience - Working in EPE company ●Knowledge - Import &Export
