Job Description

-Supervise compliant ticketing system and follow timely resolution of all work.

-Imaging Laptops and Desktops through network.

-Configuration of emails through handheld devices.

-Managing Laptop Encryption using EPO console.

-Supervise troubleshooting to provide resolution for a complex customer issues.

-WiFi configuration and email setup on client's handheld device

-Knowledgeable to use LINUX (ubuntu)

-Knowledgeable of Microsoft Operating Systems

-Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Applications

-Knowledgeable of Active Directory

-Knowledgeable of Remote Access (Team Viewer) (MS Lync)

-Troubleshoot Hardware: Desktops, Laptops, Mobile Phone, Printers, Scanner
