Change Management Executive

Job Description: 


• With experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies

• Ideally have experience working on large country roll-out, driving adoption, Change Management program

• Have at least 3 to 5 years working experience, preferably has business project management,

• Having experience on bank /insurance transformation programs is helpful

• Experienced in implementation of management project plan: scope, timeline, budget, deliverable, as project manager 

Skills & Knowledge 

• Excellent communicator (written and oral) (Communication skills – both written and verbal in Vietnamese (for VN market) or Filipino (for PH market) and English.)

• Excellent organizational and planning skills

• Problem solving and root cause identification skills (analytical)

• Can analyze data points (adoption data) independently and determine "what" should be done to improve the result

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

• Proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint Presentation MS Project and Excel

• Knowledge on working for large scale roll-out and adoption initiatives is helpful


• Go-getter / do-er who will make things happen

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Executing Change Management Action List: Work closely with local Change Management Lead to liaise with related SME (Work stream leads) to implement activities under the CM Strategy

a) Supports Vietnam Change Management Team to executive the activities and ensure timely execution of tasks

b) Follow up / chase / escalate

• Act as key liaison between Local Team and Regional

a) Work with and co-ordinate the local CM Team on the planning and execution of the detailed CM implementation plan and shared updates on plan

b) Monitor and ensure CM activities progress is on track with the agreed timeline, provide progress updates and escalate for resolution if any issues

c) Work with local CM team to understand the daily risk / issue (if any), provide regular updates and raise any adoption issue to regional team when needed

d) Work with regional team to create an action list and liaise with local CM team to agree on the actions to implement the CM initiatives

• Create, monitor and report on key CM functions, provide updates on Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis when applicable for different phases of respective initiatives, e.g.

a) Training Schedule vs Actual

b) Communications Schedule vs Actual

c) Adoption: Metrics vs Actual

d) & etc.
