Job Description
Project Specification
  • Responsible for Vietnam Market;
  • To seek, promote, provide and support the architects, government agencies, developers ,specifies, and house builders about PGF Insulations products and services.
  • To identify and foster a close liaison with the key accounts, leading to more leads and sales follow-ups.
  • Good coverage of specifies market to achieve corporate goals.
  • Gather & monitor competitor activities, market trends and provide feedback and comments to the management.
  • Create new product awareness and benefits.
  • To effectively promote the company’s name to build brand preference and brand loyalty.
  • Developing key SYSTEM specification statements for ECOWOOL BROWNIE in order to facilitate system specifications to differentiate PGF Insulation products from competitors;
  • Liaisons with professional architectural associations to organize technical seminars /exhibitions;
Project Management
  • Continual identification of new projects at design/conceptual stage either through field  contacts or project tracking services;
  • Developing projects in the upstream pipeline through specification work and monitoring until successfully specified and tendered out before handing project follow up responsibilities to the relevant sales managers
  • Providing technical support to system partners and distributors in terms of design and/or detailing advice;
  • Product application training;
Sales
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets;
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence;
  •  Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer/distributor relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Senior General Manager;
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science or Related Building Industry Qualification;
  • At least 5 years working experience in specification role in Building Material industry with a proven track record.
  • Good command of spoken and written English;
  • Ability to speak languages will be added advantage.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills.
