Job Summary

StarCharge is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EV charging infrastructure across Vietnam. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, EPC contractors, and internal teams to ensure the reliable operation of AC and DC charging systems while delivering excellent technical support and customer service. Requirement: Chinese (HSK5 or above) is compulsory.

Key Responsibilities

1.Installation & Commissioning

Perform on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of EV charging stations (AC and DC chargers).
Verify equipment configuration and functionality before handover to customers.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and customers during project implementation.

2.Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for EV charging equipment.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, communication, and network-related issues.
Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns.

3.Technical Support

Provide technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams.
Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Escalate complex technical issues to regional or headquarters engineering teams when necessary.

4.Documentation & Reporting

Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and commissioning documents.
Maintain accurate service logs and technical documentation.
Provide regular updates on service activities and customer feedback.

5.Customer Relationship Management

Deliver professional on-site support and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct basic operational training for customers and end-users.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery.
