Our client is an international company specializing in sporting goods and sports lifestyle products, with a strong presence across Southeast Asia. The company distributes globally recognized sports brands and continues to expand its business in Vietnam through both wholesale and retail channels.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead the market development and sales growth of a newly launched sports brand in Vietnam.

This role will take strong ownership in building the market, developing sales channels, growing key customer relationships, and managing a sales team across multiple regions. The ideal candidate does not necessarily need direct experience in sporting goods, but should have a solid background in B2B sales, distribution, channel development, or business development, combined with a genuine interest in sports.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage wholesale and retail customer accounts across Southern Vietnam.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks.
Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
Analyze market trends and forecast sales performance.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product developments.
Ensure timely collection of customer payments.
Work closely with warehouse, finance, and regional teams to support business operations.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Must-Have Requirements

5–10+ years in Distributor / Channel Sales / Business Development.
Experience managing dealer or wholesale networks.
Experience forecasting orders and coordinating inventory allocation.
Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.
Willing to travel frequently for dealer visits.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
