JOB DESCRIPTION

The Total Rewards Specialist supports the design, administration, and continuous improvement of Ban Vien's total rewards system, covering compensation, benefits, and payroll operations. This role ensures accurate and compliant payroll and benefits execution, delivers data-driven insights on pay competitiveness and workforce cost, and partners with the HR Manager to build a total rewards framework that attracts, motivates, and retains talent.

Compensation and Benefits Operation

Manage timekeeping and payroll processing for a workforce.
Guide and advise employees to ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations, as well as applicable laws on tax, social insurance (SI), and labor.

Rewards Modeling & Benchmarking

Assist the HR Manager in designing and developing Ban Vien's Total Rewards system.
Analyze compensation trends, pay positioning, pay compression risks, and internal equity issues.
Manage employee benefit programs, including wellness initiatives, allowances, and other related benefits.

HR Analytics & Governance

Develop and maintain Total Rewards dashboards, reports, and workforce cost analyses.
Provide insights on payroll costs, compensation trends, benefits utilization, and reward effectiveness.
Support annual staff cost budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning exercises.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, tax requirements, social insurance regulations, and internal governance standards.
Prepare materials and recommendations for the HR Manager and Management (as required).

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits; experience in the Technology industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
Hands-on experience in designing compensation and benefits programs.
Experience in designing Learning & Development programs is a plus.
Highly analytical mindset with advanced Excel / data analysis proficiency.
Innovative and proactive mindset with a track record of implementing scalable solutions.
Can-do attitude and solution-oriented thinking.
Understanding of organizational structure, job leveling, and performance evaluation criteria.
Strong attention to detail.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Capable of working with large datasets.
Proficiency in Power BI is preferred.
