Brief

Responsible for supervising hotel security operations, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and property while maintaining security standards and leading the Security team effectively.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment throughout the hotel premises.
Lead, guide, and monitor Security Staff to ensure compliance with hotel policies, security procedures, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and security checks to prevent incidents and maintain order.
Monitor security logs, incident reports, and shift activities to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up actions.
Ensure all team members are trained and familiar with emergency response procedures, fire safety equipment, and security protocols.
Investigate and report security incidents, accidents, and unusual occurrences in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain security equipment and ensure all systems and tools are functioning properly.
Coordinate with all departments to support hotel operations and enhance overall safety and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations, including supervisory experience in hotels, resorts, buildings, or related environments.
Strong leadership, team management, and incident-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents.
Good knowledge of security procedures, fire safety regulations, and emergency response protocols.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong observation, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
