Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kofax Intelligent Automation Platform.
Strong experience in designing and developing custom software components using modern development frameworks.
Ability to apply agile software development practices effectively within a team setting.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to maintain system reliability.
