Job Title: Senior Business Specialist (Finance Operations)

Location: At Client's Office - Huynh Thuc Khang Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Working Time: Monday – Friday

Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Specialist to support daily business operations and administrative activities. This role is responsible for preparing operational reports, coordinating payment processes, maintaining documentation, and supporting financial administration to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Business operation support function

Prepares and summarizes a variety of operational and business activity reports to management including, but not limited to: participation trends/statistics, financial performance of programs/projects and personnel costs to provide trends and snapshots of transactions for decision making.
Checking of payment request / expense claim (sufficient supporting document, agreed amount between claim and receipt/invoice); identify specific tax (WHT/VAT); interact with vendors / employees for the correct / confirm VAT invoices.
Completely required paperwork for new vendors to be set up in Management System.
Ensures the creation of both hard and soft copies of all administrative and financial records and key decisions.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements under Company's instruction on a weekly basis.
Other tasks and assignments are not specified in the service contract mutually agreed and signed by both parties.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in business operations, finance operations, accounting, shared services, or business support functions.
Solid understanding of payment processing, expense claims, vendor management, and Vietnamese tax regulations, particularly VAT and Withholding Tax (WHT).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience working with financial management systems is preferred.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Able to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in multinational companies or professional service firms is an advantage.
