About The Role

Ready to redefine the workplace Join our People & Culture team and become the driving force behind a seamless, engaging workplace environment! As our Associate Manager, you'll own the vision for our Philippines office while strategically championing operations across the US and ANZ markets. You'll be the bridge between global strategy and local magic, partnering with dynamic teams to deliver exceptional, high-impact workplace moments.

What You'll Do

Spearhead end-to-end office operations and culture in the Philippines, fostering a vibrant and high-performance environment.
Champion workplace excellence for US and ANZ teams by collaborating with local partners and leads to drive seamless on-ground execution.
Optimize office setup by balancing cost, quality, and operational efficiency.
Lead budgeting, payment preparation, and inventory control in partnership with Finance and local partner, flagging risks and recommending adjustments proactively
Translate operational data into strategic insights, empowering leadership with actionable recommendations for administrative and engagement initiatives.
Curate and execute employee engagement programs that blend local culture with our global framework to drive genuine connection.
Serve as the architect of the employee journey, collaborating with P&C, IT and local partners to streamline onboarding and offboarding journey experience.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, identifying opportunities to streamline operations and proactively driving improvements rather than just maintaining the status quo.

What You'll Need

Minimum 5 years driving office operations, workplace experience, or employee engagement initiatives.
Proven track record of navigating complex, multi-market landscapes and managing cross-regional stakeholders with confidence.
Experience working across diverse time zones (US/ANZ exposure is an advantage).
Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with a talent for building bridges across global teams.
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and an eye for the details that make a big difference.
Comfortable balancing hands-on execution (PH) with strategic oversight (US/ANZ).
