Responsible for companies store communication through visual aid, product visual merchandising & display, VM campaigns; in support of improving store image & sales.

· Conceive, create design visual concepts to best convey the brand / new products / Packaging/ GWP/ promotion/Commercial Support at stores and digital screen play/Video.

· Quality control & approving designer creative materials inprint; and work closely with marketing team on company events & press launch.

· Prepare artwork, sourcing props and set up visual merchandising & promotional display for monthly seasonal change, store opening & store ad-hoc promotion materials.

· Thinking out of the box mindset, for any eye catching & new ideas of communications.

· Create, execution & communicate all monthly VM & Planogram Memo, with Retail team for training & monitor checking. Executing VM Activities from ideas, planning to final product, activity evaluation.

· Coordinating store request on VM materials & merchandisers.

· Able to works hand-in-hand in support Marketing Press launch for event recce, layout proposal, sourcing decoration props to final set up.

· To assist the duties for Visual Communications & Store Development Manager as and when required to.

· Sourcing, ordering & maintaining shops merchandisers & tools, POSM, GWP, VM production in support of store VM.

Additional qualities & role:

· Cost management: ensure both VM & Store Development projects are executed according to the approved budget.

· Hands-on: Able to hands on at field-works from displaying products at shop / events set up, to merchandising for new shop.

· Flexible & able to accept & adapt in change and multi-task work

· Support internal activities, events from relevant internal stakeholders

Job Requirement:

· Graduated in Graphic Design/Architecture design/interior design/Project Management or equivalent to Visual Communication

· Posses 1-3 years of experience in above field (especially in Retail industry).

· Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Graphics includes Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills (prefer MAC platform), Video includes After Effect, Premier, Project- Autocad, Office – Words, Excel, PowerPoint

· Ability to prepare files for final artwork (FA), pre-press and printing knowledge.

· Responsible, attention to details, willing to learn and able to multi-task & prioritize workload.

· Excellent time management & planning skills.

· Able to work well in team settings, with Designer, Retail, Marketing & Commercial team.

· Sufficient communication in both Vietnamese, English

· Willing to travel, work at irregular hours or weekend for events as and when requires.

· Business minded and customer experience oriented
