Oversee seller compliance across Mall Onboard/Offboard, PS On/Offboard and Seller Penalty Control to ensure sellers meet platform standards and legal requirements.
Build and improve control processes based on policy, seller type and business risk.
Review seller performance through data metrics, operational behaviors and supporting documents such as licenses, contracts and brand authorization.
Handle seller complaints and appeals with fairness and transparency.
Collaborate closely with BD, Legal, and cross-functional teams to align compliance and brand protection practices.
Lead module PICs in task delivery, SLA, quality and productivity.
Manage task efficiency, including workload, backlog, backup and bottlenecks.
Own process/SOP implementation for key initiatives.
Consolidate feature requests, UAT feedback, issue tracking and post-launch reviews.
Escalate key risks and propose data-backed improvements.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in e-commerce, logistics or compliance operations.
Strong analytical and data skills, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets dashboards.
Experience in seller verification, brand/IP control, or compliance operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Leadership experience in managing BPO or in-house teams.
