Main Responsibilities

Review payment documents to ensure they are valid, complete, and compliant with company policies and regulations.

Process bank transfer payments in accordance with the company's payment procedures.
Thực hiện thanh toán chuyển khoản theo đúng quy trình của công ty.

Record cash receipts, cash disbursements, and banking transactions in the accounting system.
Hạch toán các nghiệp vụ thu, chi, ngân hàng trên phần mềm kế toán.

Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and employee/vendor advances.
Theo dõi và đối chiếu công nợ phải trả, các khoản ứng trước với nhà cung cấp, nhân viên.

Verify, organize, and maintain accounting documents and supporting records in compliance with regulations.
Kiểm tra, lưu trữ chứng từ kế toán theo quy định.

Reconcile bank balances and related accounts.
Đối chiếu số dư với ngân hàng và các tài khoản liên quan.

Prepare accounts payable reports as requested by management.
Lập các báo cáo công nợ theo yêu cầu của cấp quản lý.

Monitor cash flow, prepare payment plans, and report on fund allocation to ensure timely payments.
Theo dõi, lập kế hoạch thanh toán và báo cáo tình hình điều chuyển nguồn tiền đảm bảo cho việc thanh toán.

Prepare weekly and month-end bank balance reports.
Lập báo cáo số dư ngân hàng hàng tuần và báo cáo số dư ngân hàng cuối tháng.

Assist in preparing financial reports, audit documentation, and performing other accounting tasks assigned by the Accounting Department.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Kiểm toán hoặc Tài chính.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting or Payable Accounting.
Có tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí kế toán thanh toán hoặc kế toán công nợ.

Good English communication skills, including the ability to communicate and correspond via email in English. Experience working in an FDI company or an English-speaking environment is preferred.
Tiếng Anh có khả năng giao tiếp, trao đổi email bằng tiếng Anh. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường FDI hoặc môi trường sử dụng tiếng Anh.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Thành thạo Microsoft Excel

Experience using accounting software; knowledge of Odoo is an advantage.
Biết sử dụng phần mềm kế toán (biết Odoo là một lợi thế)

Good understanding of invoices, accounting documents, and current accounting regulations.

Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to ensure payments are processed on time.
