Complete tasks assigned by the Chief Engineer/Assistant Chief Engineer.
Report to duty on time, in full uniform, and according to grooming standards.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment, ensuring timely corrective actions.
Maintain systems to handle daily guest requests efficiently.
Ensure sufficient spare parts inventory at all times.
Keep up-to-date knowledge of technical systems: water treatment, drainage, sewage, pools, kitchen equipment, fire alarms, and communication systems.
Assist in preparing duty rosters, vacation schedules, and public holiday plans.
Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
Coordinate with managers and colleagues; communicate organizational updates from senior management.
Track and report work progress using appropriate monitoring tools.
Support and report on energy conservation programs, ensuring updated energy consumption reports.
Assist in maintaining safety and emergency procedures.
Support efficient administration within the engineering department.
Train, coach, discipline, and develop team members.
