<\/FONT>
1.1 Job Purpose: <\/B><\/FONT>Responsible for assisting the senior management & their respective team members in the area of secondary research pertaining to NATGRID.
<\/FONT><\/FONT>
1.2 Key Roles & Responsibilities
1.2.1 <\/B><\/FONT>Provide research support for project analysis.
<\/FONT><\/FONT>
1.2.2 <\/B><\/FONT>Lead the secondary research activities of all kinds within NATGRID\u2019s project tracks.
<\/FONT><\/FONT>
1.2.3 <\/B><\/FONT>Assist the functional Heads in developing white papers, concept notes, thought leadership material, project reports and other material aimed at enhancing the degree of understanding between NATGRID and other stake holders.
<\/FONT><\/FONT>
1.2.4 <\/B><\/FONT>Carry out proof of concepts testing of intelligence tools, proposed by potential vendors.
<\/FONT><\/FONT>
1.3 Required Qualification, Skills & Experience:
1.3.1 Skills & Experience: <\/B><\/FONT>Experience includes research, teaching & independent consulting experience in relevant function\/domain.
<\/FONT><\/FONT>
1.3.1.1 <\/B><\/FONT>Private sector employee with minimum of 1 year experience in sales\/account management\/executive assistant\u2019s role.
OR
Retired government employee who has worked at a Grade Pay of Rs 6600 and above, with at least 5 – 13 years\u2019 experience in sales\/account management\/executive assistant\u2019s role.
<\/FONT><\/FONT>
1.3.2 Qualification:
1.3.2.1 <\/B><\/FONT>Master\u2019s degree in Management or equivalent.
<\/FONT><\/FONT>
1.4 Consultancy timeframe: <\/B><\/FONT>1 year.
<\/FONT><\/FONT>
1.5 Final Output: <\/B><\/FONT>Effective and timely preparation of research and reports for NATGRID.
