Application invited for one year industry-oriented Finishing School in Biotechnology (FSBT) program for admission session 2013- 14 at Centre for Plant Biotechnology and Molecular Biology, Kerala Agricultural University. Candidates with MSc or BTech degree are eligible to apply before August 15, 2013. Admission will be based on qualification, academic performance, written test and interview conducted by Kerala Agricultural University.
Program offered by KAU: Finishing School in Biotechnology (FSBT) program
Duration: Oneyear industry-oriented
Fee structure of FSBT program: Rs. 20,000/-Candidate must pay program fee at the time of admission.
Eligibility for FSBT at KAU: The candidate who have completed M.Sc./ B.Tech graduate degree in any branch of Biotechnology with minimum 50% of marks at both graduate and postgraduate levels.
Age: Candidates who have not completed age of 30 years are eligible.
Total No of Seats: Twenty with preference for industry/ institution sponsored candidates.
Selection process of KAU: The selection for Finishing School in Biotechnology (FSBT) program will be based on qualification, academic performance, written test and interview.
Note: Candidates sponsored by academic/ research institutes or industries will be given due weightage.
