Eligibility for diploma program at MTPG&RIHS:
The candidate must have passed 10+ or its equivalent and secured not less than 50% marks (40% for SC/ MBC/ OBC/ BCM/ EBC/ BT) in Part-III subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Physics, Chemistry, Botany & Zoology (Male & female candidates are eligible for the courses).
Age: Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on December 31, 2013. The upper age limit for admission shall be 35 years as on December 31, 2013.

Selection process of MTPG&RIHS: The selection for admission to the Diploma Courses will be based on the rank in the merit list. Ranking of the candidates will be done based on the marks obtained by the Candidates in the Qualifying Examination of the respective course.
How to apply at MTPG&RIHS:
Submit following attested documents by a Gazetted Officer with name and office seal:
- Copy of Birth Certificate/ Proof for Date of birth
- Statements of marks of qualifying examination (10th and 12th)
- Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate issued by the Head of Educational
- Institution last studied, Nationality Certificate and Community/ Caste Certificate
- Residence Certificate
- Necessary Certificate issued by Competent Authority for claiming Special Category Reservation (Applicable to FF, PC, Ex-SM and SP Categories)
