At least 5 years experience in sales development for a foreign company in Vietnam, preferable in the Knitting/Garment Industry.
Must have a good network in the garment industry in Vietnam and with the big international fashion brands.
Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Experience in planning marketing strategies.
University or College degree in Business, Economy or related field.
Excellent English language skills. Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of ability to communicate clearly and concisely, especially with foreigner customers.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on an independent basis.
High motivation, honesty, flexibility, carefulness and reliability.
