Job Description

As a member of the Sales Development Team you will be the front line for presenting Infobip to prospects. Success in this role will lead to career opportunities in other areas of the sales organization and company.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Objective This role is focused on sourcing outbound leads with a heavy emphasis on research and customized outreach. 
  • First Priority Meet a quota of qualified sales leads 
  • Qualification Criteria Qualify prospects based on established criteria of fit and authority, and gather critical sales intelligence. 
  • Metrics for Success Must be able to make calls to Senior and Director-level prospects, with additional touch points by email, and deliver consistently against quota. 
  • Establish Relationships Initiate relationships and develop rapport with prospects by anticipating needs and understanding each unique customer environment. 
  • Position Infobip Effectively articulate the Infobip value proposition by phone and email. 
  • Track Activities Continuously log activities and intelligence into either MSCRM or 
  • Contribute to Process Improvement Proactively provide focused feedback on every aspect of the business, including prospect intelligence and results from outreach campaigns. 

  • Minimum 1 year demonstrated, consistent success lead generation role 
  • Excellent writing skills are core to the success of this position 
  • High-caliber cold calling skills are a must! You must be engaging and compelling over the phone! 
  • Experience prospecting, selling, or marketing to technology companies is a plus 
  • Proven track record of achieving corporate quotas and/or personal goals. 
  • Ability to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner. 
  • Ability to patiently and persistently build prospect relationships to cultivate latent demand. 
  • Ability to understand and deliver the value proposition of complex solutions. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a high pressure, agile environment and a willingness to efficiently respond to change and growth 
  • Demonstrated curiosity, resourcefulness, motivation and initiative. 
  • Professional business acumen, strong communication skills, strong presence & confidence 
  • Highly team oriented must possess a willingness to simultaneously accept and contribute new ideas 
  • Manage time well and routinely prioritize tasks by their intended impact 
  • BA/BS degree required
