This is a role managing all HODs with the headcount of 200. They are seeking candidate who comes from Finance background because of the nature of the business, they cannot split the MD role from Finance.
Our client is a successful start up who has been established themselves with footprints around the Asia Pacific.
1. Strategy, Planning and Management
Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts. Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of organization.
Serve as a key member of executive leadership team and round table discussion panel.
Participate in pivotal decisions as they relate to strategic initiatives and operational models.
Interact with and bring department into line with Board of Directors' plans, initiatives and recommendations.
2. Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting
Develop and maintain monthly and annual company operating budget.
Manage the Finance team in overseeing monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss by division, forecast vs. budget by division and weekly cash flow by division.
3. Stake Holders Management
Attend monthly board meeting to ensure
Maintain outstanding banking relationships and strategic alliances with vendors and business partners.
