Job Description
Duties:
- Analyze, plan, manage recruitment programs and the hiring process
- Maintain level & attendance as well as different type of allowance follow-up & monitoring
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Ensure proper implementation for policies, rules and regulations of the company
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training program
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Handle disciplinary action, grievance and industrial relation issue of the factory
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by management
