Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Job Description:

In this role, you have the opportunity to


Enhance the marketing capabilities of the Personal Health (Consumer Products) Business of Philips Vietnam and prepare it for the growth and emphasis in Digital Marketing. It is a role within the Brand, Communication & Digital organization and you will develop the digital program strategy to manage user experience throughout the customer decision journey, and ensures integration of relevant digital touchpoints such as Philips.com, Facebook, search, customer intimacy etc.

You are responsible for

  • Integrating digital in marketing, sales and communication planning; driving lead generation and overall digital effectiveness. 
  • Driving online sales through multiple partners & channels 
  • Working with partners to optimize content, pricing, portfolio 
  • Driving joint online campaigns & promotions 
  • Working with agencies to optimize online marketing activities (e.g. search, display etc) 
  • Working with regional and global teams to develop and maintain Philips online presence in Vietnam 
  • Periodic channel performance reviews & relationship management 
  • Deliver monthly online sales reporting 
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize online channels 
  • Business development to build a successful Loyalty & Incentives online business (B2B deals) 
  • To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience 
  • A University Degree, preferably in Marketing / Digital Communications related disciplines 
  • At least 5 years’ of experience in a similar role and has a proven track record on digital plan creation and implementation. 
  • Experience in Commercial field (i.e. Business development, Key Account Management, Sales, Category Management) OR Channel Management, Distributor or Consulting background 
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce. Ability to demonstrate understanding of regional and local digital landscape and multi-channel environment. 
  • Additionally, able to demonstrate Digital Marketing and eCommerce methodologies, practices and operations; preferably across B2C and B2B industries. 
  • Have strong analytical mindset. Able to understand digital stats and generate insights to identify new business opportunities and drive business growth. 
  • Proven track record in managing agency partnerships as well as successfully managing internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Proven track record in developing, implementing and executing digital programs and campaigns across Content, Search, Analytics, eCommerce, Campaign and Social. 
  • Proven track record in integrating digital in brand, marketing and communication campaigns. 
  • Proven track record in working with a variety of available tools, including analytics and publishing tools across functional domains. 
  • Ability to work at both strategic and activation/ operational level. Hands-on strategist / self-starter. 
  • Strong project management skills. 
  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese languages.
